An MBA graduate from MIT, Ms. Khan brings with her more than 12 years of extensive professional experience, spanning the corporate world and the social development sector. Her journey has given her a rare and powerful perspective—one that combines strategic leadership, ethical governance, and deep-rooted compassion for underserved communities. Under her leadership, the Trust has become a guiding light for students and families, offering career counselling, higher education admission support, facilitation of government scholarships and education loan schemes, and access to online and distance learning.

With over 5 years of professional experience, Ms. Bashir brings valuable expertise in administration, education, and financial coordination. Mr. Sajid Perwez Khan is the Deputy Secretary of our Trust and a highly experienced professional with a strong background in management and administration. He holds an MBA degree, which has equipped him with solid knowledge in leadership, planning, and organizational development. With over 17 years of professional experience, Mr. Khan brings deep expertise in operations, coordination, and strategic execution. As Deputy Secretary, he supports the Trust in smooth administration, policy implementation, and coordination between management and field teams.
